Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your Moen products in their original manufacturer's packaging, ensuring all components, manuals, and mounting hardware are included.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping box, removing any previous delivery labels.
Drop Off and Refund
